The section discusses a reward system where a student, referred to as “S,” can earn items for hiking by answering questions correctly or following class rules. The student is introduced to various elements such as landforms, scenes, and vocabulary related to plain, grass, river, mountain, lake, fishing, and hiking. The student is encouraged to repeat sentences, ask and answer questions, and engage in activities related to the different settings presented. Extended questions are included to prompt critical thinking and conversation. The student is also reminded to do post-class enrichment activities, and an extra slide is suggested for use if there is extra time available.
